With a secure, private parking space, it sits close to motorways and main arterial routes, as well as being within easy walking distance of the main public transport stations and the central business district.  

The apartment has two bedrooms with balconies, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and a modern living and dining space with access to another balcony. It also has superfast broadband  and a work space in each bedroom for our professional and corporate guests.

 The main bedroom is located at the top of a spiral staircase and is open and spacious, with an en-suite shower room, walk-in wardrobe, private seating area, individual workspace and its own balcony.

The second bedroom is beside the bathroom on the apartment’s ground floor and includes a large, mirrored wardrobe, private work space and a Juliet balcony on which you can look out across the southern city skyline.

The main bathroom has a toilet, bath and shower. Shower gel and shampoo are provided as well as hand-soap for the sink.
